If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the following guidelines to insure your return is processed effectively.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
within 14 days of receiving your items so we may issue you a Return Authorization Number. This number MUST be displayed on the return packaging. After 14 days we will consider all sales final. All returns will receive a store credit - no cash refunds will be issued. Items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The item(s) to be returned must be:
*In new and unused condition
*Have original tags attached
*In the original packaging
*And free of defects
Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.
All sale items are considered final and cannot be returned.
If you feel you have received an item that has a defect, please e-mail us with your order number and description of the defect within 48 hours of receipt. You must follow this policy to be eligible for a return, as after this time frame we will only issue returns at our discretion.

We know you are excited to get your new items as soon as possible, so we will make every effort to ship your purchase out to you within 7-10 business days of ordering. Most items are in stock but, occasionally things can be caught in transit times from vendors.
**Please Note: Your order may arrive in separate shipments.**
All items will be sent USPS. If you have ordered an item that is on backorder you will be contacted immediately by e-mail to confirm your order and approximate delivery time.
