What is your return policy?
If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the following
guidelines to insure your return is processed effectively.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at sparklesandspice@comcast.net
within 14 days of receiving your items so we may issue you a Return
Authorization Number. This number MUST be displayed on the return
packaging. After 14 days we will consider all sales final. All returns
will receive a store credit - no cash refunds will be issued. Items will
be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The item(s) to be returned must be:
☆ In new and unused condition
☆ Have original tags attached
☆ In the original packaging
☆ And free of defects
Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.
All sale items are considered final and cannot be returned.
If you feel you have received an item that has a defect, please
e-mail us with your order number and description of the defect within 48
hours of receipt. You must follow this policy to be eligible for a
return, as after this time frame we will only issue returns at our
discretion.

What are your shipping terms?
We
know you are excited to get your new items as soon as possible, so we
will make every effort to ship your purchase out to you within seven to ten days of ordering. Most items are in stock but, occasionally there are items caught in transit from one of our many vendors.

All items will be sent USPS. If you have ordered an item that is on back order you will be contacted immediately by e-mail to confirm your
order and approximate delivery time.
Do you currently ship internationally or outside of the United States?
I'm sorry but, at this time we are not shipping orders internationally
or outside of the 50 US States. I apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause you.
